The Lowdown
as authentic southern italy as it gets, puglia has miraculously remained unscathed from the overtourism that plagues the neighboring amalfi coast. It's a place that's simply overflowing with charm from the picture-perfect beaches of polignano a mare to the olive-tree studded masserias everywhere you look. There are pasta grannies rolling orechiette in the streets of bari, multi-generational ceramicists painting colorfully speckled serveware for local restaurants and whilst reading your workbooks and plenty of shady porticos to relax beneath after a full day of hiking, biking or swimming beneath a radiant sun. We couldn't help but think of puglia as a top contender once we read through your workbooks and talked through your inspiration images!
After doing a deep dive on dozens of masserias, private villas and hotels across puglia, we've got two beautiful options to present - as well as a few beach clubs and a loooong list of guest accommodations.
The cherry on top for this destinations is that you'd get to work with the Indigenus group. These guys are a highly experiential/immersion-forward travel company who specialize in Puglia specifically. a collaboration with them would mean a beautiful, tailor-made itinerary involving hiking, biking, food tastings and boating in the secret spots typically reserved only for locals - it's giving backroads!

LE MASSERIA IS JUST WHAT YOU WOULD IMAGE A TRADITIONAL PUGLIAN FAMHOUSE TO BE- DATING BACK TO THE 12TH CENTURY, KNOWN FOR PRODUCING INCREDIBLE OLIVE OIL. THE FARMHOUSE HAS NOW GONE THROUGH A RENOVATION AND IS HOME TO 19 ROOMS.
The bedrooms...
Double - Rustic furnishings and intimate spaces in soft colours, typical of the ancient Puglian masserie. Ideal for two guests, it can offer a private patio, terrace or view overlooking the inner courtyard and the wonderful carob tree that gives the masseria its name.

Perfect for couples or families, it offers a private outdoor space: a terrace, a balcony or a Mediterranean garden to enjoy a moment of tranquillity and be caressed by the light of the sunset, in the immersive peace of the Puglian countryside. Made up of a double bedroom and a separate living area, it provides a more private atmosphere.
FAMILY SUITE - Rustic yet elegant personality, with a terrace touching the sky. A perfect room for six people, a group of friends or a family. The living area is separate from the master bedroom, to offer more privacy. The equipped terrace, perfect for enjoying the silence of the Puglian countryside, offers glimpses of the sea beyond the expanse of millenary olive trees.

La Residenza is a private villa located between Fasano and Savelletri composed of 5 bedroom suites, a private pool, olive tree grove and private terrace.
The bedrooms...
On the ground floor are three suites, each accessible to the surrounding garden and swimming pool.
On the first floor, the two suites have a large private terrace and magnificent sea views.
Each suite has its own private entrance, international satellite TV, air conditioning and electric automation systems with touch-screen technology.

Kate & Chad arrive in Puglia early afternoon and head to Masseria Le Torri for the first few days to settle in and recover from jet lag.
After using one of the property's bikes for an afternoon stretch of the legs, I would recommend having dinner outside at Le Masseria.

After breakfast, we would send you off with the Indigenus team where we would arrange a walking experience through Bari where you will get to see the town and taste local street food... here's a little description:
'The old town of Bari is among the most vibrant and authentic spot of the city: here you can breathe the air of South Italy, a “slow-living” style that seems to clash with the intense atmosphere you are surrounded with. Thanks to the walking experience with a local expert, you will touch these feelings and you’ll be surprised by the intensity of this district while tasting some local street food, such as gelato, burrata, focaccia. Here, you will also have the chance to experience how the old ladies of “Bari vecchia” make home-made pasta, the traditional “orecchiette”.'
Once back at the Masseria, we would recommend getting any pre wedding treatments you would like at their spa.
That night, VIPs will join and we would arrange for one long table for dining at the Masseria again.

WEDNESDAY
Wednesday morning after breakfast, we would recommend a run around the masseria and once done, everyone will get ready for biking and tasting the countryside, organized by Indigenus Experiences. Here is a description:
'Across the ancient Egnazia ruin, down country paths running along fields of secular olive trees, to reach “Lamapecora” farm. At the Masseria you will taste the daily production consisting in a selection of cheese, ricotta, stracciatella, mozzarelle, burrata and so on. At the arrival you will then have a well-deserved break and enjoy the tasting under the porticus.'
Once back to the Masseria, we would recommend some down time before getting ready to to Alberobello for the evening where we will arrange a special dinner for the VIPs.

THURSDAY
Thursday morning, you would check out from Masseria Le Torri and head to the Masseria or propety we would be using for the wedding weekend. You could of course take advantage of one final property run or bike ride before you head off.
Once traveling to the property and checking in, you would have a final meeting/walkthrough with Team W&O then head right into getting ready for the welcome party nearby.
That night, we would arrange private transfers by way of classic cars or shuttles to the welcome party in the streets of Ostuni (the White City).

We will arrange for breakfast to be served outside for all villa residents. Since this is a new property, it could be fun to explore by a morning run or by bike.
Hair & Makeup will begin quite early so that we can be ready to head to the beach club around 11:30am, depending on the distance between the two locations.
The beach day will last from around midday- 4pm where we will offer an Apulian BBQ filled with fresh fish and grilled vegatables.
That night at the Masseria, we would arrange for a family style meal filled with mediterranean dips and bread since lunch would have been quite large. VIPs can sit outside, enjoy a glass (or three) of wine and reflect on the previous two days ahead of THE big day.
It's the wedding day! Wake up following a luxurious sleep in the masseria. We would arrange for a private picnic breakfast in the grounds for you both whilst others enjoying popping down for breakfast when they can.
Before or after breakfast, you would have the opportunity to go on a short run. Afterwards, Kate, you and the ladies would begin hair & makeup. Chad, for you and the other gents, we would arrange a little classic car experience throughout the region.
The wedding day would likely begin around 5pm, depending on how late we are allowed to go and would be the ceremony followed by dinner, dancing and more dancing!

With such a late night the previous evening, this morning will be very relaxed- we will offer a much more, join when you can breakfast. This day, masseria VIPs can either relax by the pool or join a group headed to San Domenico Golf to end the wedding week on the greens.
That night, we would suggest a farewell dinner with VIPs at Grotta Palazzese.
